Hello There…
Welcome to "Dessert Time". My name is Sophiah but my friends call me Sophi. I’m a self-taught baker and a student at UiTM. The recipes in my blog consist of dessert recipes that ranges from cookies, cakes, Asian desserts and many more. Baking is one of my passion because it gives me time to create something beautiful and edible. Exploring new dessert from around the world, it is exciting.
I grew up surrounded by all things baked goods. The one who inspires me in baking and making desserts is my mom. She would usually bake bread and sometimes she makes cookies, “chocolate chip cookies” to be exact (which I will share the recipe with you in time). Baking with her give me the fondest memories of baking. Now, whenever I bake or make dessert it always ends up going in my family’s mouths.
I named this Blog "Dessert Time" because there is always time for dessert. There is always time to share the moments of eating dessert together with our loved ones.
