Chocolate cake by Kawaii

The chocolate cake recipe by Racheal ( A YouTuber called Kawaiisweetworld) makes the moistest chocolate cake ever. The recipe requires water and coffee instead of using butter it uses oil which makes it moister cake.
The cake can be put in the refrigerator without making the cake hard and it can be put outside. When using butter, the cake becomes hard because when butter reaches a chilled stage it will turn solid making the cake hard and difficult to cut. The chocolate cake is so delicious and chocolaty that it could eat it just like that.
The coffee that was added in the recipe only enhance the flavor of the chocolate more. By adding chocolate ganache and buttercream it makes the cake more divine and delicious when preparing for the special occasion.

Chocolate Cake Recipe
Makes 1 giant cupcake or two 9” rounds
INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee (or 1 heaping tablespoon espresso powder dissolved in 1 cup water)
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 T white vinegar – let stand 5 minutes)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Stir in the coffee. The batter will be thin.
